On July 21, 2026, our sales representative Dominic Zhang welcomed a customer from Mali who visited China to learn more about SANY wheeled excavators.

Since May, Dominic had maintained close communication with the customer, introducing suitable equipment and providing detailed product information. After several rounds of discussions and negotiations, the two sides reached an agreement on the price in mid-July. To further verify our company's authenticity and capabilities, the customer arranged for a friend in China to visit our company and inspect the equipment in person.

During the visit, Dominic warmly received the customer’s representative, answered questions regarding the SANY wheeled excavator, and provided detailed information about the machine and purchasing process. The visit helped strengthen the customer's confidence in our company and laid a solid foundation for further cooperation.

After the visit, Dominic continued to follow up on the customer's payment process while closely monitoring machine availability and inventory to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
