On April 21, 2026, our sales representative Etta Tang warmly welcomed a customer from Romania who visited our company to explore BYD vehicles.

Prior to the visit, Etta carefully confirmed the customer’s travel schedule and purpose of the visit, prepared all necessary product information, and arranged the vehicle models the customer was interested in viewing.

During the visit, the customer expressed strong interest in purchasing a BYD vehicle and planned to place a deposit after inspecting the car. Etta arranged a visit to a local showroom, where the customer was able to closely examine the vehicle and learn more about its features and specifications. Throughout the visit, Etta actively answered the customer’s questions and provided professional guidance. Satisfied with the vehicle and service, the customer returned to our office and successfully placed a deposit order.
