On April 10, 2026, our sales representative Karissa warmly welcomed a customer from Ethiopia to our Shanghai office. The customer was introduced through Alibaba and showed strong interest in our New Energy Vehicles.

Prior to the visit, Karissa carefully confirmed the customer's travel schedule and requirements, and prepared all necessary product materials and documents to ensure an efficient meeting.

The customer traveled from Yiwu to Shanghai by car as scheduled. During the meeting, both parties held detailed discussions regarding the Letter of Credit review process, vehicle specifications, and shipping terms. The communication was productive and helped clarify key details for the upcoming order.

Following the visit, we will continue to support the customer throughout the documentation process. Once the draft L/C is reviewed, the customer will make any necessary amendments, issue the original L/C, and we will proceed with cargo preparation accordingly.
